I. Pet Vaccinations

For the safety of All Pets who get on the treadmills, we require all dogs to be current on their Rabies, Distemper-Parvo and Bordatella (Kennel Cough) Vaccinations.

Failure to maintain up-to-date vaccination records during scheduled services will immediately cancel all scheduled services until proof of current vaccination has been provided.

II. Payment Options

Unless an exception has been made in advance, all payments are due at time of booking through www.dashindogs.com.

III. Cancelation Policy

1. The client agrees to keep their scheduled session; however, we understand that life sometimes gets in the way and rescheduling or canceling is needed. The client agrees to let us know, at minimum, by 8 pm the day before their session. Cancellations made the same day will result in a $25 cancellation fee, and any sessions cancelled within two hours of the scheduled time will be charged at full cost of the missed session.

2. No Shows:

If Dashin' Dogs Mobile Dog Gym arrives for a scheduled service and is unable to gain access to the Dog(s), the full-service charge will be incurred.

IV. Injuries:

We do our best to ensure the safest environment for your pets. However, on the rare occasion an injury does occur, Dashin' Dogs Mobile Dog Gym will immediately notify the owner and will not be held liable for any veterinarian fees.

VI. Photos/Videos:

Dashin' Dogs Mobile Dog Gym reserves the right to take photos and/or videos of the pets and share them on our social media platforms. If you do not want your pet photographed, please let us know. Photos will not be sold to any third party.
